6:30 – 7:20 pm
Exploring the fundamentals of natural movement improving strength, flexibility, proprioception, balance and endurance. This class aims to strengthen and lengthen the body in all ranges of motion, limiting the risk of injury and improving quality of life.
Meditation and relaxation
7:30 – 8:25 pm
The main style of meditation used in sessions is Yoga Nidra or “Yogic Sleep”. This is an amazing technique used to bridge the gap between the conscious and subconscious. Guided from start to end, Yoga Nidra will help you disconnect from the outside world and reconnect you to your world within.
