Stretch and Lengthen

6:50 – 7:30 pm

Finding release to ease tension in the body through stretching and lengthening. Stretching is an important addition to your exercise routine and aids in reducing any restriction on the body from work activities. This class is designed to improve strength, prevent injury and increase muscle elasticity.
